These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yogakosh mobile application and related services (“Service”). By using Yogakosh, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Yogakosh is a digital yoga practice application that provides curated and AI-generated yoga sequences designed to guide users through yoga sessions using audio-based instructions. The Service is intended to support personal wellness and yoga practice.
Access to Yogakosh requires authentication through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account used to sign in to the Service.
Yogakosh offers subscription-based access to premium content. Subscriptions may be available on a monthly or yearly basis and are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Refunds and billing issues are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Yogakosh provides guided yoga sessions intended for general wellness purposes. The Service is not a medical product and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have existing injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you practice yoga at your own risk.

Yogakosh does not read health data from Apple Health. Health integration can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
You agree to use Yogakosh only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Yogakosh may collect limited anonymous usage information to improve the app experience. This may include general app interaction data and performance metrics. These analytics do not identify individual users. Practice session information may be stored to support practice tracking and statistics within the app. For more information, please refer to the Yogakosh Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Yogakosh available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Features of the app may change or be updated over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogakosh and its operators shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Service. Users are responsible for practicing yoga safely and within their own physical limits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
